Attempt to interfere in any way with the Services or Uueos network or network security, or attempt to use the Services to gain unauthorized access to any other computer system;

While we have no obligation to monitor access to or use of the Services or Content, or to review or edit any Content, we have the right to do so in order to operate the Services, to ensure compliance with these Terms, and to comply with applicable law or other legal requirements. International Orders
Customers who access and use the Uueos website from outside of your country are responsible for complying with laws and regulations. When you place an order and select a shipping address, you or your designated consignee is the importer of record and therefore authorizes Uueos to import the goods into the destination country on your behalf. In addition, you agree that Uueos may delegate the obligation to import goods on your behalf to a subcontractor. When indicated on the website, Uueos will use its best efforts to pre-calculate and collect applicable duties and taxes and any other additional charges (whether at checkout or included in the product price), but ultimately you or your designated consignee as the importer of record are responsible for paying applicable duties and taxes and any other import charges to your local customs authorities.

In no event shall Uueos total liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of or inability to use the Services or Content exceed the amount you paid Uueos for the use of the Services or Content (if you have no payment obligations to Uueos), as the case may be.

The exclusions and limitations of damages set forth above are fundamental elements of the basis of the bargain between Uueos and you.

Dispute Resolution
Our goal is to provide you with excellent service, so we will do our best to resolve any disagreement between you and us. How do I start an arbitration proceeding? To start an arbitration proceeding against us, please send a letter requesting arbitration and describing your claim to us. If we request arbitration against you, we will notify you at the email address you provided.

Instructions for Opting Out of Arbitration: If you do not want to agree to arbitrate your claim as described above, you may opt out of this arbitration agreement by submitting a letter notifying us in writing of your decision. You must opt out within 30 days of the date you first agreed to these Terms or any updated Terms.

Governing Law
These Terms and any action related to them will be governed by the laws of the area where you live, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

General Terms
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the complete and exclusive understanding and agreement between Uueos and you regarding the Services and Content, and these Terms supersede and replace any and all prior oral or written understandings or agreements between Uueos and you regarding the Services and Content. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable (by an arbitrator appointed pursuant to the terms of the “Dispute Resolution” clause above or by a court of competent jurisdiction, provided that you immediately opt-out of arbitration by sending us an opt-out email in accordance with the above clause), then that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the other provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect. You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without Uueos prior written consent. Any attempt by you to assign or transfer these Terms without such consent will be void. Uueos may freely assign or transfer these Terms without restriction. Subject to the foregoing, these Terms will bind and inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors and permitted assigns.

Notices
Any notice or other communication provided by Uueos under these Terms, including notices or other communications regarding modifications to these Terms, will be provided by: (i) via email; or (ii) via posting on the Service. For notices sent by email, the date of receipt will be deemed the date such notice was sent.

Waiver of Rights
The failure of Uueos to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver of any such right or provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of Uueos. Unless otherwise expressly provided in these Terms, the exercise of any remedy by either party under these Terms will be without prejudice to its other remedies under these Terms or otherwise.
