Return Conditions
We want you to be satisfied with every item you purchase. If you are not satisfied with the item, we accept returns under the following conditions:
1. Unused and unwashed: The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags and packaging intact.
2. Return Time: You can apply for a return within 20 days from the date of receipt of the item.
3. Completeness: All accessories and gifts of the item must be returned together.
Return Process
Please follow the steps below to apply for a return:
1. Contact Customer Service: Please contact our customer service team online to explain the reason for the return and provide the order number.
2. Get a Return Authorization Number: The customer service team will provide you with a return authorization number and return address.
3. Pack the item: Place the unused item in a box with all accessories and original packaging.
4. Send return package: Send the package to Exerion SARL 254, RUE VENDOME 69003 LYON, FRANCE using DHL, FedEx, EMS, TNT, UPS shipping services.
Return Shipping Costs
Customer-borne: Unless there is a quality problem with the item or the wrong item is sent, the return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Quality issues: If the product has quality issues, please provide photos to prove it and the customer service team will handle the shipping costs.
Refund details
The refund will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned goods:
Refund processing time: The refund will be processed within 4 working days from the time we receive the returned goods.
Refund method: The refund will be returned to the payment method you used when you paid.
Refund amount: The refund amount is the actual payment amount of the product, excluding the initial shipping costs, unless the return is due to product quality issues.
Exchange policy
If you need to exchange, please return the product according to the above return process and re-purchase the required products when placing an order.
Situations where returns are not accepted
Returns are not accepted in the following situations:
1. Used or washed: The product has been worn or washed.
2. Damaged products: The product has worn, damaged, or missing accessories and tags.
3. Special sales: Clearance sales or special sales products marked “no returns”.
