Browse the items you like, select size and color (if applicable), then add to cart and follow the checkout process.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Click the tracking link in this email to see the latest status of your package. Otherwise, please contact us online and we will be happy to check it for you!
While we cannot edit the contents of your order after it has been placed, we can usually help you cancel it completely depending on the packaging process of your order.
To request a cancellation:
• Log in to your Uueos account and go to Your Orders & Returns.
• Select Request Cancellation
• Navigate to the Request drop-down menu, select Request and fill out any necessary information.
• Click “Request” to submit.
Please note: We only guarantee cancellations within one hour of placing an order. Depending on the progress of your order, we may not be able to update you in time, but we will email you within 48 hours to let you know if your request was successful. Any requested changes will affect the entire order whenever possible, but individual items cannot be edited or cancelled.
Please note: We cannot cancel orders once they have been fulfilled and shipped by our warehouse.
We accept payments via PayPal, Visa and Mastercard.
It takes us some time to process the order, and it may take longer during holidays and vacations. The shipping company may encounter traffic delays, weather conditions, or the delivery address you provided is incomplete or inaccurate, which may cause delivery difficulties. These problems are all reasons for package delays.
If your package is delayed or your order status has not been updated for a long time, please contact us or the logistics company in time.
Once your item is shipped, we are not responsible if it is stolen or lost in transit. If your tracking number shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please allow another 2-3 days for delivery before contacting your local logistics site.
